• Sessions run an additional 15-20 mins due to setup/breakdown times. 

• Client provides: 9x6 or the size of a twin-size bed space for massage table, outlet, bathroom/sink for therapist to wash hands.

• Parking fees will be added to the listed price. 

• Locations over 10 miles from Elkins will require a convenience fee that will be added to the listed price. Please email, text, or call to verify the rate for your location and allow 24 hours to receive a reply. 

• I require a nonrefundable 35% deposit. I accept credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Cash is also a payment option for remaining balance upon arrival. 

• Please respect my 48 hours cancellation/reschedule policy. I require a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule notice. This allows me enough time to fill your time slot with someone from my waiting list. Should you reschedule prior to the 48 hours, the nonrefundable deposit will be credited to the new session date. Should you need to cancel/reschedule under 48 hours, there will be no additional penalties, but a new nonrefundable deposit would be required at rebooking. You may give your time slot to someone else if necessary (full payment in advance may be requested). 

• If you would like to add time to your massage at any time, please feel free to ask the therapist. If there is availability, then I would love to accommodate you! You may add time in 15-minute increments for $20/15 min block.

• Available hours are by appointment only. Closed Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Please allow 24 hours for replies to text, emails, or calls. 

Kingdom Oasis LLC provides strictly professional therapeutic massage therapy services only. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Any indication, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
